InForLife was a high powered, energized rock group that originated from Windsor, ON. They wrote original crunch rock tunes and moved to Calgary, AB in 2007.  InForLife played the bar circuit and had a great following. They also joined their father Ken Aitken Jr. on stage in the Calgary area as a Neil Young Tribute band.

Unfortunately, InForLife disbanded and sadly, brothers Geoff Aitken and Mitchell Aitken passed away in 2019 and 2020 respectively. In February 2025, we lost InForLife’s original bass player Richard Boudreau.

Other former band members of InForLife include Andrew Markham, Mike Caswell, Jorg Barros, Mike McGrath (Hippy) and Tim. 

Musical influences for InForLife included: Steve Vai, Led Zepplin, Heart, Megadeth, Pantera, Neil Young, Ken Aitken, Metallica, Korn and Aunt Marilyn’s record collection.
